Who is Todd Bailey

From his earliest years, Todd’s core focus has been deeply rooted in making a significant and lasting impact on the lives of others. This unwavering commitment is why, after college, he chose to enter full-time pastoral ministry, dedicating himself to this path for the next 17 years, during which time he had the privilege of starting two churches from scratch.

In 2008, Todd transitioned into the business world by purchasing a franchise, where he discovered his love of business ownership. However, he soon felt his impact on others lacking and insufficient. Consequently, he decided to pivot away from that business and embark on a new path to establish his own independent financial advisory practice.

Over the next 12 years Todd went on to eventually create and manage a multi-advisor financial firm located in Cary, NC. After hiring an EOS Implementer in 2017-18 to assist him in scaling the firm, he recognized how immensely valuable EOS could be for other leadership teams. From that moment, he began to weave EOS into the fabric of his financial practice, making a significant impact on the direction of his business.

After successfully exiting his financial practice and selling it for a premium in 2023, Todd came to firmly believe the most effective way he could make an impact on others was by stepping into the role of an EOS Implementer and CEPA®️ Exit Planning Coach by creating the SIMPLIFI planning process.
